Because sewing machines vary in size, we recommend comparing your machine's measurements with the tote dimensions before purchasing.

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
Send us your name and order number, and we'll do our best to make the change before your order ships. Once a package has left our warehouse, we may no longer be able to update the address.
Most orders arrive together, but depending on the products and size of your order, items may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment to update with the carrier.
If it hasn't updated after that time, contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

We apologize for the mix-up! Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we'll ship the correct item to you immediately.
